It’s the little things that always enthrall me when we are traveling. I adore that the mail service here is called ‘Royal Mail’. The vines crawling up the buildings induces a strange yearning that I cannot begin to explain. And the fact that there are flowers blooming in February is honestly thrilling.
These snowdrops bloom on the side of the road, bouquets springing out of what should be a land in hibernation. But this isn’t Canada, and the hills are still green and lush. And as the rain comes down in droves, new life begins.
While we’re out, it only seems fitting we introduce Callum to the locals.
